Our coating thickness gauges are designed to accurately and non-destructively measure the thickness of a wide range of coatings applied to ferrous metals such as steel and cast iron.

These portable devices are capable of evaluating paint, electroplating, flame retardant and other non-magnetic coatings with a wide measurement range from 2 to 30,000 micrometers.

They are particularly useful for assessing corrosion, for example, the thickness of rust on steel surfaces, and allow access to hard-to-reach areas, such as the inside of pipes, using additional specialized probes.

The sensors operate in a random check and continuous scanning mode, which allows for a detailed analysis of the coating thickness . They provide comprehensive statistical data, including minimum and maximum values, average thickness, and standard deviation, providing reliable and reliable results for a variety of industrial applications.
